    About Us: DataSource Technology delivers end-to-end technology deployment and network solutions to healthcare organizations across the United States. We specialize in executing high-volume, multi-site rollouts of critical IT infrastructure with precision and minimal operational disruption.

    Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a multi-site Re-IP and network migration project. This role is accountable for project scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communications with all stakeholders. The Project Manager will work closely with the Network Architect, Mid-Level Engineers, Field Coordinator, and executive sponsors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

    This is a remote position with up to 20% travel to project sites. Candidates must successfully pass a police background check and drug screening and must hold a valid driver’s license.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead end-to-end project management for a 30+ site Re-IP and network migration initiative.

    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.

    Coordinate with technical leads to align architecture and implementation activities with project milestones.

    Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.

    Facilitate regular project status meetings and distribute clear, concise updates to all stakeholders.

    Oversee change management processes, ensuring all modifications are documented and approved.

    Maintain close communication with field teams to ensure site readiness and adherence to timelines.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site IT infrastructure projects.

    Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.

    Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

    5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally within network infrastructure or telecom environments.

    Must have a valid driver’s license.

    Must pass a police background check and drug screening prior to employment.
