We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our Solutions Team!

POSITION SUMMARY

You will be engaging with Sourcepass's Client Success Manager’s in Pre-Sales and Solution Design. This role will require you to develop solutions which customers would benefit from. Your Job would be to put together a Scope of work, product list, and labor costs. Additionally, be able to discuss your proposed solution internally with our Client Success Managers, and directly with clients as needed. Your work will be used as the primary Scope of Work for our professional services team to take into the implementation phase.

The schedule for this position will be Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm. This position is primarily Work from Home. Occasional travel to client sites may warranted on an as needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an understanding of how MSPs operate, service customers, and bill for services.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work both, independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to take open, and constructive criticism.
• Excellent Organizational and time-management skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Ability to think outside the box
• Looking to grow and improve their skillset

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

• Technical Support Experience: 5+ Years (Required)
• Technical Implementation Experience: 2+ Years (Required)
• Experience working with Azure (Preferred)
• Experience working with Office 365 (Preferred)
• Experience working with SonicWall devices (Preferred)
• Experience working with HP Devices (Preferred)
