Our team is looking for smart, hardworking recent graduates, or those in their final year of obtaining a M.S degree, to join our outstanding Network Support organization in either the Chicago or San Francisco office.
As a Network Support Engineer, you can immediately apply your coursework, support a variety of industries, and gain exposure to a diverse group of teams. Our support engineers are foremost problem-solvers passionate about networking, and we seek talented, enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to build upon our rapidly expanding Cloud Networking Group. You will diagnose problems and troubleshoot the entire Meraki product line, including our wireless access points, security appliances, and switches. Our customer-facing role will expose you to a variety of internal teams - including Engineering, Product Management, and Sales - providing endless opportunities for career growth in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
