Blueport is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer II who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, ensuring reliable network performance, and serving as a trusted expert for escalated support. In this hands-on, onsite role, you’ll work closely with customers, fine-tune systems, and maintain seamless connectivity for top multifamily and hospitality clients.
As a Network Support Engineer II at Blueport, you’ll help shape the future of connected living by keeping client networks operating at peak performance and delivering responsive, expert support when it matters most. You’ll troubleshoot intricate issues, enhance system reliability, and partner with engineering and customer success teams to provide outstanding network experiences across hospitality and multifamily environments.

Onsite work in our Walpole, MA office to support learning and collaboration
What You’ll Do
Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point, resolving advanced and complex network issues
Provide guidance and support to the Tier 1 support team
Configure and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, VPNs, and routing protocols
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve security
Deploy and test new networking equipment and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity
Work onsite full-time in our Walpole office (this is not a remote position)
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in a call center or technical support environment
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, wireless)
Practical experience with HP & Cisco switch CLI
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to customers
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Spanish language skills are a plus
