Minimum Qualifications:

Network Administration or Support Roles

Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms (eg., VMware, Hyper-V).

Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki network equipment and VoIP systems

Preferred:

3 years of documenting and supporting compliance-driven IT environments

3 years of administering Windows Server (2012+) in Active Directory domains

3 years of managing ACLs, GPOs, file/print services, automation, and VoIP systems

3 years of configuring LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP core services

3 years of working with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms

3 years of administering Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs

3 years of supporting LAN/WAN, wireless access points, and telecom systems

3 years of managing Meraki wireless and using tools like PRTG, MRGT, and ManageEngine

3 years of performing software/hardware upgrades and troubleshooting issues

3 years of preparing audit/compliance documentation and internal reports

3 years of maintaining Microsoft 365 including mailbox, Teams, and SharePoint

Specific skills:

VOIP, imaging/document systems
