Role is fully onsite

Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.

Additional Details: Candidate must have a VALID Driver's License in order to drive a State Vehicle to various locations within SC. Travel will be throughout the State, but will never exceed a business day unless otherwise agreed upon and scheduled in advance.

Candidate should be comfortable with On-Call rotation every 3 weeks to respond to critical sites for network outages as needed.

Required Skills

5+ Years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID

5+ Years of experience with Microsoft administration

5+ years of experience in Windows Server environments

5+ years of experience in customer service

10+ years of experience in troubleshooting skills in networking (wired AND wireless)

Preferred Skills

Experience with wiring closets

Experience with Ruckus switches

Experience with Deskpro Ticketing Systems

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
