Only candidates currently residing within the greater Harrisburg area will be considered for this position.

Hybrid position – 2 days onsite but part-time telework is available

Exp with network support, Router, switches, CCNA, CCNP, Server, network, infrastructure

Certification CCNA,CCNP highly preferred

Provide support for the Enterprise networks such as COPA Net, Keystone Net;

Manage vendors that support management of the Enterprise networks.

Installation, configuration, and maintenance, and management of network infrastructure consisting primarily of switches, routers, firewalls, Silver Peak SD-WAN edge appliances, wireless infrastructure, cellular-based appliances, and all associated hardware and software.

Metwork management functions utilizing various industry tools to monitor, test, verify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network problems by working with users, service providers, business partners, and others to resolve problems.

LAN/WAN network

Participates in Service Now trouble ticket resolution and reporting.

Obtain and maintain CJIS clearances

Operate a PC and peripherals/ servers and network components

Operate motor vehicles and maintain a valid PA driver’s license.
