Responsibilities: Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Maintain excellent communication with sellers and buyers of real estate • Prepare the necessary paperwork needed to complete the selling or buying transaction Qualifications: Organized and manages time effectively Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Self-motivation and drive Past sales experience is preferred • Must be a licensed real estate agent or enrolled in courses obtaining a real estate license Compensation: $100,000 or more in commission
