Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology-driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Self-motivation and drive Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
