Job Description

We are a boutique firm specializing in real estate, construction defect and class action defense.  We are looking to expand our class action practice to the plaintiff's side.  To that end, we are looking for an attorney with sufficient experience in class actions lawsuits, on plaintiff's side, who will be able to litigate a plaintiff's class action case from filing to and including trial.  The annual pay is $120,000.00, along with a percentage of the firm's overall fee award from every class action case that you will be managing.  The working environment is very relaxed and friendly, the hours are extremely low in relation to other firms practicing in the same areas, and the room for financial gain, through the sharing of the fee award, is tremendous.
