    Patient Coordinator with Sales Background We are seeking an experienced and passionate Patient Coordinator to join our NeuroAxis Health team in San Francisco, CA. Our ideal candidate is a team player, highly organized, and a problem-solver with excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail. As the Patient Coordinator, you will manage all tasks related to patient care, including scheduling appointments, patient data entry, invoicing/collection, and providing patient education. You will also be a key contributor to providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: • Greet patients and collect, update, and verify required documents and information. • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up with patients as needed. • Ensure the schedule is filled and assist in online registration as needed. • Be the key person for administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, data entry, provider referrals, and phone calls. • Maintain patient confidentiality for all interactions (HIPAA). • Liaise with staff from other departments to coordinate patient care and efficient workflow. • CRM and New lead tracking experience to support your scheduling goals. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a Patient Coordinator, any back-office experience is a plus • Experience with Charm EHR, Nextgen, or Epic is a plus • Solid communication and customer service skills • CRM or Lead tracking experience is ideal • Strong understanding of charges and payment entries • Although we don't bill insurance companies, having knowledge of insurance processing is a plus Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
