  • Responsibilities

    STGi is seeking qualified candidates to work in Washington, DC and potential locations nationwide as a Neurologist.

    Minimum duties may include but are not limited to:

    • Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and disorders of the nervous system.
    • Performing a variety of diagnostic measures in order to diagnose, treat and manage diseases and disorders of the nervous system.
    • Providing consultant opinion on medical clearance for employees with neurological medical conditions who work in arduous and/or hazardous federal jobs;
    • considering employees' ability to safely and efficiently perform their duties;
    • determining case-by-case basis using medical history, medical examination results from a general physical examination, and additional medical information provided;
    • testifying in court or at a deposition to support prior medical decision on whether employee is medically safe to perform their job duties.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Requires a degree in medicine from a medical or osteopathic school accredited either by the Liaison Committee on medical Education (MD) or the American Osteopathic Association Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (DO).
    • Board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Neurology, licensed physician.
    • Two years' experience clinical practice specializing in neurology.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Experience using Salesforce.com, or a similar CRM system
    • Understanding the sales cycle, and being driven to make cold calls on a daily basis
    • General computer skills on either a Windows or Mac based computer
