    Client Success Representative

    We are looking for an experienced Client Success Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to switch focus as needed.  Someone with a wide variety of skill sets that will support our customers in everything from selecting the right services to resolving a billing issue.  Someone who is passionate about customer service and how it can transform our customer’s lives. Somewhat a jack of all trades.

    As a Client Success Representative, you’ll be accountable for addressing a consistent volume of customer interactions daily across multiple platforms, including email, live chat, and phone.  On the front lines of communication, you’ll be instrumental in capturing feedback from our client.  You’ll use the feedback to work closely with other team members to help us deliver the highest quality products and services.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 years experience in customer support roles assisting customers and managing accounts receivable using email, live chat, and phone. 

    • Exceptional communication skills.  You have a clear and concise communication style (verbal and written) that is reflective of the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. You have the ability to forge meaningful connections with our clients.

    • Strong sales skills. You listen to the customer and are able to match them with the service that will help them achieve their goals.

    • Tech-savvy skills. You pick up new systems quickly and have the ability to troubleshoot and explain issues. If you don’t know the answer, you use your resources to find the solution.

    • Excellent time management. You’re an expert when it comes to getting things done while multitasking and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.  You have initiative and enjoy working independently with minimal oversight.  

    • Available to work during our scheduled business hours which are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. 

    • Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.
