Right now, we're growing fast! We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to meet the demands of our increasing client base. Customer Service Representatives work directly with our clientele, as part of our Premier Client Service department, helping our clients navigate the process of business formation.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our company, while promoting the voice of our brand through outstanding customer service! DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Answer customer service inquiries
• Complete appointments with our clients
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for NCH Corporate Coaches
• Answer customer service inquiries
• Data entry into our CRM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 months 1 year of related work experience
• Stable work history
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel
• Proficient and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent time management skills with ability to contact, schedule and follow-up
• Multi-task and problem solving capabilities
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work with or without supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and attitude with an outgoing personality
• Trainable to follow systems and processes

AWESOME BENEFITS:

• $12.50/hour training pay
• $14.42/hour upon completion of training
• Work hours: 8am 5pm (no nights or weekends)
