Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivation and drive • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology driven • Show good organizational and time management skills • Valid real estate license • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not required Compensation: $84,000 - $120,000 yearly
