    Job description

    About Us:

Muriel Siebert & Co., Inc., a subsidiary of Siebert Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: SIEB), was founded in 1967 by Wall Street trailblazer Muriel “Mickie” Siebert — the first woman to own a seat on the New York Stock Exchange. We continue her legacy by delivering accessible, client-focused financial services across brokerage, advisory, and wealth management.

    Position Overview:

We’re looking for a New Accounts Manager to join our Nashville office. This is a full-time, in-office position (no remote work). The New Accounts Manager plays a key role in supporting clients and internal teams by opening brokerage accounts, handling all related paperwork and digital documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

You’ll also work closely with our Wealth Management team and gain exposure to multiple areas of the firm’s operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

Open a variety of brokerage accounts (individual, joint, retirement, trust, business, etc.)

Process and review account paperwork (physical and online) for completeness and accuracy

Communicate with clients regarding account status, required documentation, and onboarding questions

Enter and manage client data in Siebert systems and custodial platforms

Coordinate with Wealth Management and Compliance teams to ensure efficient processing

Support digital onboarding tools, troubleshoot login issues, and assist with document uploads

Learn and follow regulatory guidelines and firm procedures related to new accounts

    Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly

Interest in brokerage services and client experience

Must be available to work on-site in our Nashville office, Monday–Friday

Unparalleled organizational and multitasking skills, with an eagle eye for detail.

Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect effortlessly with high-profile clients and stakeholders.

Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

A dynamic personality that thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to ever-changing priorities.

Impeccable discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.

    Perks and Benefits:

Competitive salary and top-tier benefits package.

The thrill of working with industry icons and top-tier talent.

A front-row seat to groundbreaking projects in multiple exciting industries.

A collaborative and vibrant work environment.

Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a rapidly evolving company.
