    New Age Options LLC is looking for motivated Customer Services Representatives to work with us full time. Are you interested in working for yourself as an independent contractor servicing well known companies from the comfort of your own home? Joining New Age Options LLC will allow you to work on the platform and service a wide variety of well known companies. The pay ranges anywhere from $8 to $16 an hour. This is your business so you choose the client you want to work with and the hours you want to work. It doesn't matter if it's days, nights or a split shift. This is a great opportunity for the stay at home parent, military spouse, the disabled, college students, retired individuals, or anyone looking to take control of their lives and find some new found freedom.

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have 1 or more years experience in customer service and/or sales experience

    • Excellent verbal and listening skills

    • Professional and articulate voice

    • Home office that is noise & distraction free

    • Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support

    • Excels working in a fast paced environment

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

    *Be authorized to work in the United States.

    *Must be 18 or older

    *Background check required.

     

    Your Home Office Requirements:

     • Personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software

    • Subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection

    • 2 Headsets: a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls if you choose a client that still uses a phone line.
