Our company is looking for an individual who is good at working with computers, who can handle scheduling software if not able to learn quickly. The assistant scheduling on call specialist will consolidate all of New Beginnings client and consumer information into a central scheduling dashboard. The individual will be creating staff blocks for requested time off, medical maternity or extended leaves. An also for creating new client plans for all incoming consumers. The scheduling assistant will ensure all client and staff schedules remain as consistent as possible. For the On-call segment of the job the individual will be using our on-call line for 8:00 a.m- 4:30 p.m . This includes to answering the phone in a limited 30 minute period, this job also requires locating and scheduling coverage for all shift call outs and or cancelations, updating the on-call log with accurate shift notes. The assistant on call specialist will be trained to assume this role as determined based on weekly business needs. We prefer staff that have good Morales and a great work ethic.
