New Business Account Executive - Established Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 55k/year - Lisle, IL

• Our client, an established insurance agency, has a need for a New Business Account Executive to join their team in Lisle, IL. In this role, the New Business Account Executive will support the delivery of insurance solutions to professional services firms that include a Legal and Accounting base.
  
• Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly. Candidates should bring 2+ years of office experience, outbound sales experience, and the ability to obtain an Illinois P&C license. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit professional lines (Lawyers and Accountants) prospects and pitch insurance offerings from provided leads.
  
• Perform light underwriting duties associated with the sales process.
  
• Handle policy, system, and payment questions throughout the sales process.
  
• Manage account maintenance including policy updates, renewals, marketing, and endorsements.

Qualifications:

• IL Property & Casualty (P&C) License or ability to obtain.
  
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience.
  
• Experience with CRM systems or similar platforms.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  
• Ability to manage a large prospect pool.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 55k/year plus commission opportunity.
