- Two weeks of structured onboarding, then you’re in the field selling

What You’ll Do
- Cold call / prospect for new business, building relationships with decision-makers who can send repeat emergency restoration work (water, mold, and fire cleanup and repairs)
- Identify and qualify decision-makers
- Present services, uncover pain points, and position our value proposition
- Host lunch-and-learns, pop-in visits, and events to stay top of mind
- Deliver “15 Minutes of Fame” presentations to groups of prospective clients
- Follow up like it’s your superpower — video emails, calls, handwritten notes, and in-person pop-ins
- Work hard and smart: maximize face-to-face time during selling hours, with admin follow-up before and after
- Become the face of ServiceFirst in your vertical/territory
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve had exposure to sales,we’re not teaching the basics
- You understand the fundamentals: qualifying opportunities, handling objections, presenting, managing your calendar, and using scripts
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Self-motivated, you don’t wait for instructions
- High “figure-it-out” factor, you solve problems instead of waiting on others
- Charisma and confidence: you can strike up conversations, make connections, and build relationships
- Hunger and drive: you’re ready to do the work to earn what you deserve

Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
- Commissions + bonus on all new business generated
- Target first-year earnings: $85,000+ (with six-figure potential as you grow)
- Candidates who bring an existing book of businessand strong relationships in our target verticals may qualify for additional compensation tied directly to revenue
