    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within our target markets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to our staffing solutions and showcasing the value we bring to their workforce needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

    • Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ staffing needs, project timelines, and workforce challenges.

    • Present our company’s staffing services and value proposition to decision-makers such as HR managers, project managers, and operations executives.

    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software.

    • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients, both virtual and in-person.

    • Negotiate terms of service, pricing, and close new business deals.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment for new clients.

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, construction, industrial services, or a related field.

    • Strong understanding of the skilled trades industry and the challenges businesses face in hiring qualified labor.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.

    • Experience using CRM tools.

    • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting sales.

    • Knowledge of OSHA and other industry compliance requirements.

    • Existing network of industry contacts in construction, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance.
