    Job Summary The New Business Development Representative (NBD) is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing the customer base for The Seals franchise. This role focuses exclusively on sales and lead generation, targeting both single-unit and multi-unit commercial accounts. The NBD does not handle re-inspections or product installations, allowing for a full focus on business development.

    Responsibilities

    Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory

    Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers

    Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals

    Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities

    Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations

    Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems

    Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas

    Qualifications

    Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Experience using CRM tools is preferred

    Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
