New Car Sales Associate – Eskridge Lexus (Oklahoma City)

Eskridge Lexus is currently seeking an experienced, full-time New Car Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building a long-term career with one of the most respected dealerships in the Oklahoma City area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with guests to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Lexus vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle benefits
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and text
• Set and manage appointments with online leads
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Confidently ask for the sale and follow through on all opportunities

Requirements:

• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Availability to work Saturdays and evenings
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires operating a motor vehicle
