    Caregiver Responsibilities

    As a Caregiver, you will support clients in their homes so they can live safely and comfortably. Typical duties include:

    Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

    Assisting with light housework, meal preparation, and medication reminders

    Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support

    Working in clients’ homes with varying shift times and activities, depending on client needs

    Caregiver Requirements

    We’re looking for caregivers who are kind, dependable, and dedicated to quality care:

    Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required

    We’ll pay for your HCA training if you’re new to caregiving.

    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

    Able to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check

    Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine passion for helping others

    Previous caregiver or home care experience is a plus, but we’re also happy to train the right person with the right heart.
