    JOB-SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS

    Assist Service Advisors and Service staff.  Greet customers in a timely manner.

    Assist with Pre-write up with customer information.

    Work with all Department Managers.

    Assist with cashier duties and cahier protocol.

    Perform Battery test (

    Perform Alignment Quick Check (advise customer its part of the free multi-point that comes with the service).

    Organize parking spaces in Service parking area to keep Service drive clear and constant flow.

    Assist with delivery of vehicles for Advisors.

    Assist with resolving upset customers concerns during vehicle delivery (advise advisor of customer concern).

    Assist with washing service vehicles.

    Assist with answering service calls (taking messages for advisors, price quotes and appointments).

    Assist with retention campaigns and reports.

    Follow up with guest for CSE and resolve quest concerns.

    Assist with Shop and overall dealership housekeeping.
