Responsibilities: • Be the first point of contact for new clients—via phone, web, and referrals • Pursue new client leads with urgency to ensure all callers' needs are met immediately • Deliver empathetic, professional service that builds trust immediately • Screen leads, gather key case facts, and sign qualified clients on the spot • Follow up on pending leads and manage documentation through Lead Docket • Coordinate closely with our after-hours call service and legal teams • Refer unqualified leads appropriately and track all communications • Continuously help improve our intake processes and materials Qualifications: • REQUIRED: 2+ years’ experience in personal injury law • Strong communication, active listening, and critical thinking skills • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks • Tech-savvy (MS Office, Lead Docket, e-signature platforms like DocuSign) • Knowledge of legal terms and client confidentiality best practices • A natural sense of empathy, urgency, and ownership • Prior experience in a law firm required • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
