    Primary Objective

    • Client satisfaction and relationship retention for single-solution and/or small or mid-tier clients (<$1M); supports senior CM on management of complex or multi-solution engagements and large strategic clients as necessary

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Project/engagement lead accountable for overall project success, profitability, scope of work management, and day-to-day client relationship management
    • Influence and direct a cross-functional team to support client engagements; act as a knowledge resource/go-to for the broader team on client issues and challenges
    • Independently address client questions and requests, manage expectations and deadlines and provide status updates; champions the voice of the client internally
    • Inform client strategy development on smaller/mid-tier accounts.
    • Manages against client and project KPI’s. Identifies issues or changes in scope that may impact financial performance.
    • Supports proposal development on complex engagements. With oversight, scope, write and present proposals for standard solutions.
    • Leads renewals on small/mid accounts; supports large account renewals; identifies opportunities to include new products/services to extend existing engagements
    • Manage and activate against client feedback received through IFS and CSAT studies
    • Coach and mentor junior staff

    Essential Knowledge & Experience

    • 5+ years’ experience managing quantitative and/or qualitative research studies of increasing volume and complexity; interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs
    • Solid working knowledge and understanding of Kantar solutions; able to communicate effectively about the application and value of Kantar solutions to expand the overall relationship
    • Ability to execute on strategic plans for assigned accounts
    • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
    • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
    • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external clients
    • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline pressures
    • Experience successfully leading direct and/or indirect teams and coaching/mentoring individuals
    • Bachelor’s degree, masters a plus
