Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of dental needs • Oversee clinical team to ensure proper patient care • Provide exceptional care and treatment to patients as a solo practitioner • Work alongside the dental hygiene department to ensure proper preventative care • Present treatment plans using digital tools and information to increase case acceptance • Maintain patient records and notes • Refer patients with needs outside of your scope of comfort to specialists • Comply with all regulatory agencies • Must be proficient in endodontic therapy, implant restoration, clear aligners and surgical procedures. Qualifications: • Up-to-date knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is desired • Great communication skills and bedside manner are vital • Current and unrestricted CO dental license in good standing • Ability to endodontically treat anterior and posterior teeth • Implant placement and restoration • Comfortable with fixed and removable prosthodontics • Experience with CBCT and Laser dentistry • Computer proficiency is desired • 2 years of in-office experience required • Invisalign Certification is preferred but not required Compensation: $135,000 - $250,000
