    We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. Job seekers should have incredible patient care skills and a passion for providing excellent dental services. Candidates must be able to comfortably administer anesthetic and provide periodontal care. Responsibilities: • Charting and documentation of clinical findings • Educating patients about their periodontal health and homecare • Administer anesthetic for SRP or sensitive patients (including N2O) • Periodontal therapy and routine hygiene care • Application of Fluoride and sealants • Laser procedures • SDF application (Training Provided) • Digital X-rays and I/Os • Sterilization and asepsis • Discuss existing treatment plans with patients • Sharing your findings with your dentist for treatment planning and case presentation • Scheduling recare appointments to ensure continuity of care • Meet the standard of care, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements • Comfortable with Dentrix or similar dental practice software Qualifications: • Compassionate and patient-centered • Has active CO dental hygienist license • Excellent communication and diagnostic skills • Reliable, upbeat, and knowledgeable • Ability to diagnose and treat periodontal disease • Current CPR/BLS • Understands HIPAA/OSHA • Diode Laser Certification is preferred but not required Compensation: $80,000 -$140,000 annually
