  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Duties:

    • ‪Greet and room patients
    • Take dermatology history, chief complaint
    • Scribe a dictated exam by the provider
    • Set up biopsy trays
    • Assist provider during biopsies and procedures
    • Package and label specimens for shipment
    • Clean /stock and set up rooms between patients
    • Clean and autoclave surgical instruments
    • Call back benign biopsy results
    • Answer phone messages and faxes for the provider
    • Assist fellow team members in busy clinic

    Job Type:

    • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:20am – 5:00pm

    Experience:

    • 2+ years medical assistant experience is required
    • Dermatology experience is preferred

    Education

    • Medical Assisting diploma or certification

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
