    We are seeking a team member who looks forward setting and achieving challenging goals, has a keen willingness to learn, pays particular attention to detail, and consistently strives to improve themselves. We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales of our products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • As a member of our team you will be expected to maximize growth within your defined territory by generating new leads and identifying customers in new and existing markets.
    • We will work with you to develop a plan of action for reaching your sales goals.
    • You will travel within your territory to cultivate new accounts and perform site evaluations to provide customers with estimates, coordinate project logistics, and follow up with customers.

    TERRITORY: Metro Boston, Northern Massachusetts

    FIELD: Distribution of Specialized building products: Commercial Doors, Frames, and Architectural Hardware (division 10)

    CUSTOMER BASE: Schools (k-12), colleges, public and private commercial buildings, municipal buildings, hospitals.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven sales experience
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Computer use competency
    • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Self motivated and driven
