    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively seek new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors.
    • Research, develop and maintain relationships with new wholesale accounts
    • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Research and identify potential markets, customer needs, and competition.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize sales in the assigned territory.
    • Product Knowledge and Promotion
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and the vapor products market.
    • Educate retailers and consumers on the unique selling propositions of our products, and benefits of carrying our products.
    • Address customer queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Gather customer feedback and liaise with internal teams to improve product offering based on market demands.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Successful candidates will frequently travel across the southwest region, visiting existing and potential clients to demonstrate products, negotiate terms, and close sales.
    • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the brand.
    • Reporting and Administration.
    • Resolve any issues or problems that may arise with wholesale accounts.
    • Provide feedback and market information to the company’s leadership to aid in business decisions and strategy development.

    The Wholesale Sales Representative will be responsible for new account acquisition and account management through strategic planning, development of business relationships and top-notch service. This individual needs to be results-driven, accountable, and motivated to grow and develop with our rapidly growing company in the smoke and vape industry.

    Wholesale Sales Representative Job Responsibilities and Objectives

    • Research, develop and maintain relationships with new wholesale accounts
    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accounts and ensure warehouse and accounting team are collaboratively on best practice
    • Making 100 plus calls weekly
    • Ensuring orders are getting paid and properly posted, and being shipped out within 2 days of submission
    • Resolve any issues or problems that may arise with wholesale accounts
    • Prepare and present sales proposals to wholesale accounts by developing processes and procedures to allow efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor competitor activity and keep abreast of industry trends
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
    • Willing to travel is a plus

    Wholesale Sales Representative Requirements:

    • Must have experience in E-liquid/vape industry
    • Experienced verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient interpersonal, research, and sales abilities.
    • Knowledge of the vaping industry and/or vaping culture is a requirement
    • 2 years sales experience is required (not industry specific)
    • Must have your own reliable transportation and smart device

    This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, but it is not at all entry-level. We train from within and maintain a high standard of performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cold call accounts, close new business, and nurture current account base.
    • Execute sales plans while staying compliant with local, state & federal laws.
    • Function as first point-of-contact for our customer base.
    • Work closely with Customer Service in helping to quickly resolve order issues.
    • Prospect & manage customers with our CRM (Hubspot) and internal lead funnel.
    • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance-related matters.
