In this Help Desk role you will work within a large Corporate environment (lots of growth potential!) supporting traditional desktop users utilizing Windows 9, Windows 10, etc. and will troubleshoot issues with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).  You will occasionally be responsible for replacing faulty hardware as well.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ Years in an IT Support role (Help Desk / Desktop Support) - This is a must have!
