Job Description
This opportunity is part of the Brand Marketing team, which is responsible for the execution and management of the brand creative and communications for Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) and provides marketing and advertising creative support to our franchisees. As the Graphic Design Intern, you will be focused on creating internal and external marketing materials.

Your responsibilities through the intern program may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Design clear engaging graphic assets for print and web. This will include marketing/communication brochures, direct mail pieces, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.
Work closely with Senior Graphic Designer to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials and assist with other ad hoc projects
Help add new creative assets to our Marketing Toolbox
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
Organize and migrate historical creative assets into new storage system

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position requires multitasking while maintaining a high degree of both responsiveness and accuracy. Standard business dress is required from time-to time; neat and appropriate attire is always required.

WORK HOURS:
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work from home privileges are available so long as job responsibilities are being fulfilled, and are subject to approval by the Controller. Reliable transportation to and from the office is expected from an employee; similarly, the ability to access internet and phone connectivity is expected to maintain work from home privileges. The office observes a hybrid schedule, currently all employees work from home on Mondays and Fridays, while working from the office on Tuesday - Thursday.
