    New Heights Property Management is looking for a motivated leader with experience in property management to join our team as an Operations Manager.     What you’ll need to be successful:

    A track record of motivating and leading teams to achieve their maximum potential

    A history of developing and implementing ideas to take an organization to new levels of success

    A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management

    Knowledge of and experience in developing ideas to improve the renter and owner experience while increasing the efficiency of teams

    A track record of customer service success

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to prioritize tasks and see things through to completion

    Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills

    How you’ll contribute to the team:

    Maintaining active oversight of the daily operations of New Heights Property Management, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and laws

    Developing ideas for reducing expenses, working more efficiently, and increasing income opportunities

    Devising and executing plans to grow the company’s client base to achieve goals

    Resolving complaints from team members, owners, tenants, agents, and others in a manner consistent with the core values and policies of New Heights Property Management

    Maintaining a South Carolina Property Management License

    Completing various other duties as assigned.

    Compensation:

    The industry-leading salary for this position is commensurate with experience.

    This full-time position also includes:

    A 401K plan

    Office Hours:

    8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and additional hours as needed.
