The Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a key role in Veev's New Home Warranty Department and help continue to build our reputation in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional services to our homeowners, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty issues, service requests, and general inquiries for their home.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and schedule warranty service appointments with technicians and trade partners.
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, service requests and resolutions.
• Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, maintenance responsibilities, and company policies.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Report any inventory home or homeowner discrepancies that need follow up to the warranty manager.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Compensation

Offers are based on a combination of experience, skills, and location. Under state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $27.40-$41.83 Per Hour for Hayward, CA.
