You'll also support the builder in identifying and pursuing opportunities for new inventory, contributing directly to the company’s growth. This role offers a base salary plus commission on every home sold, with the potential to earn a six-figure income for top performers. Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist prospective homebuyers on-site and in the office • Present model homes and communicate features, pricing, and available financing options • Guide clients through the entire sales process from introduction to closing • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, realtors, lenders, and industry partners • Assist in identifying new lots and land opportunities for future home development • Keep current with market trends, inventory levels, and community updates Qualifications: • Background in new home sales, customer service, or a similar client-focused role preferred • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven • Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule • Must be available to work on-site in Granbury, TX Compensation: $48,000 + commission
