    Precision Sales Recruiting is searching for a driven, growth-oriented sales professional to join one of our client’s Iowa-based sales teams. Our client is a family-owned residential homebuilder with an expanding presence across the Quad Cities area. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact on people’s lives while earning serious income.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent multiple communities across the Quad Cities area and serve as the primary sales advisor for prospective homebuyers
    • Conduct in-person appointments, guide clients through the home selection and purchase process, and follow through to close
    • Take full ownership of your model home and sales pipeline
    • Participate in daily virtual sales huddles and weekly one-on-ones with leadership
    • Maintain a well-organized calendar and client follow-up plan using HubSpot CRM
    • Partner with our client’s Online Sales Concierge for lead distribution and appointment scheduling
    • Attend prospecting events, build realtor relationships, and host open houses and community functions
    • Consistently meet or exceed a goal of five home sales per quarter

     

    What We Look For

    • Sales experience in a high-commission or performance-driven environment preferred
    • Excellent follow-up, client service, and objection-handling skills
    • Strong organizational habits and the ability to plan each day with purpose
    • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a competitive environment
    • Willingness to work 1 weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday) and travel between model homes as needed
    • Reliable transportation and ability to serve multiple communities within driving distance

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $55,000
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 - $220,000
    • Choice between commission only and base plus commission compensation plans.
