Central Builders is seeking a New Home Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities: • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction • Prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales and building process • Maintaining relationships with the realtor community • Working and communicating effectively with the customer and team members • Understanding and communicating the loan process • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays is required Qualifications: • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships • A proven track record of sales and success • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred • Must have a valid Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one • Weekends are Required Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000+
