Administrative Assistant – Worship, Media & Marketing
JOB SUMMARY: This position supports the operations, communications and marketing for multiple ministries. It is responsible for the successful production of various forms of digital and print media church wide. Including social media content, website content, mobile app content and various print media production
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS
Promote New Hope Ministries brand awareness
Maintain effective and engaging website and mobile app
Maintain effective and engaging social media presence – Facebook, Instagram etc.
Create and maintain marketing database
Design and produce print media – bulletins, flyers, touch cards etc. for multiple departments
Edit, mix, and render audio and video for all services
Manage message duplication and distribution
Assist with shooting and editing video promos
Prepare Pro Presenter content for each service
WORSHIP ARTS
Weekly Email communications – song lists, rehearsal agendas,
Assist with service readiness. Technical troubleshooting support
Prepare and distribute Service Flows for all services
Print song lyrics for Spanish translation
