JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in creating, implementing, and evaluating the success of all company advertising campaigns via Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more. Activities include strategizing and producing social and viral media content, SEO/search marketing, advertising, researching, and managing projects. The ideal candidate will be innovative, have advertising savvy, and be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, job boards, and more.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use inbound marketing methodology to build, maintain, and optimize campaigns that employ a variety of organic and paid digital marketing mediums including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, text, and more
Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to coordinate the creation of high-impact creative elements, including emails, videos, websites, presentations, graphics, reports, whitepapers and newsletters.
Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations for revising campaigns based on meaningful KPIs determined by you in collaboration with marketing team members
Represent our brand by interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Ensure B2C external content is well within standards of compliance
Manage partner and vendor relationships including contracted advertising agencies and social media influencers
Research and stay informed on social media trends and inform management of any changes relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Support and enrich the company culture by ensuring that all communications from the company to clients are consistent with corporate image, goals, and objectives; branding is consistent with company’s mission and position statements.
Manage RFP Opportunities, which may include researching as well as writing and submitting.
Serve in the role, as needed, of official company spokesperson for media and other external audiences.
Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and work with partners, industry and internal sales training team on events as needed
Become a subject matter expert in SharePoint and ensure the site is ready and available with all needed materials from the marketing department at all times.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Requires a minimum of 3 years managing a social media or digital advertising budget of at least $50,000/year
Requires a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience
Requires a minimum of 3 years managing a business Facebook page
Requires a minimum of 3 years of Google Ads experience
Requires a minimum of 2 years using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM software
Requires ability to work in a fast-changing, environment where you must be flexible and learn quickly while taking initiative and constantly looking for ways to improve advertising strategy
Requires excellent communication (verbal, in person and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills to contend with potentially difficult situations
Preferred exposure to content covered in CompTIA, MOS, and Microsoft Technical courses.
Preferred three years of demonstrated experience in the Information Technology and/or Adult Education industries.
Good customer service, critical thinking, problem analysis/resolution, organization, time management skills and attention to details.
Professional telephone and email manners and etiquette.
Flexibility to work varying schedules and work locations as needed.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
