JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate the overall scheduling of the Operations Department and Front Desk duties; responsible for scheduling instructors, classrooms, and resources necessary to deliver training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with contractors for building maintenance and class scheduling.
Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of Operation Staff for center coverage.
Create the trimester schedule. Coordinate timely publication and distribution.
Establish and maintain systems to monitor student attendance by each class.
Coordinate class schedules and proposed changes with Operations Manager.
Assume responsibility for the center equipment and supplies, establishes reasonable procedures and controls to protect assets from damage and theft.
Responsible for center maintenance and appearance. Ensures location is prepared and ready for classroom delivery and visitors to our centers.
Responsible for all communications via the Global OLL email distribution and relationship.
Any other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience (emphasis in education or computer science preferred).
