JOB TITLE: VENDOR/CLIENT SUPPORT LIAISON

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a robust vendor network, communications, vendor issue resolution and new vendor on-boarding, training and reporting and basic support duties related to system functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and understand all departmental Functional Procedures and work instructions
• Locating and on-boarding qualified medical and non-medical staffing vendors
• Maintain Social Media site- Linkedln, Face Book and Website
• System set up and updates as required
• Vendor training, via webinars and in-person
• Vendor order distribution -electronic and verbal
• Client support and reporting duties
• Client and vendor relations
• Work effectively among workers and resolve issues.
• Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards to improve operating efficiency.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Healthcare staffing experience highly desired.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology related to medical positions.
