New Life Staffing is currently looking for a Lease Operations Specialist for a client we have in the Camden, NJ area

Must be able to perform all of these

• Responds promptly and efficiently to customer and retailer calls, letters, and e-mails.

• Runs day-to-day operation with minimal supervision to ensure that the ordering, delivery, and booking processes are completed promptly and accurately.

• Maintains a high level of expertise and knowledge related to lease contract paperwork and supporting documents. Attention to detail is critical.

• Delivers high quality and timely customer service and support to all customers.

• Makes accurate decisions and prudent usage of waiver authority as it relates to minor accident damage, over-mileage charges and late fees.

• Makes sound decisions regarding accounting entries into lease servicing system (Fiserv LeaseMaster).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of service to leasing customers and retailers.

• Ability to stay organized and up to date when workload increases.

• Ability to demonstrate creative thinking skills and ways to improve workflow process.

• Ability to operates within Procedure Guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ability to work well with management and peers and embrace a team-oriented environment.

• Automotive Industry is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others outside the team, department, retailers and company.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• At least four years’ experience is preferred. Knowledge of DMV systems or title processing preferred.

• Transferable skills or positions including office staff or administration within dealer or retailer

One year Contract

Rate: 25-35/hr
