Duties and Responsibilities:
- First line support troubleshooting; responds to requests for technical assistance.
- Build out new computer systems and load user profiles.Provide user training and training on Apple devices.
- Onboard new users and offboarding tasks.
- Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with software installation and workstation support.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Know Windows 10 Operating System including setup and configuration.
- Know networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
