  • Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • First line support troubleshooting; responds to requests for technical assistance.
    • Build out new computer systems and load user profiles.Provide user training and training on Apple devices.
    • Onboard new users and offboarding tasks.
    • Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience with software installation and workstation support.
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Know Windows 10 Operating System including setup and configuration.
    • Know networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
