Must be able to perform all of these:
• Assisting Senior Advocates with general administrative duties and data entry.
• Assist in contacting retailers to complete RO summaries for the senior advocates to assist in making lemon law decisions.
• Contacting vendor to coordinate administrative tasks between SOA and vendor.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Customer Service experience preferred (phone or retail)
• Experience in a detail orientated environment, computer literate, experience in gathering and reporting on information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others outside the team, department and company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
