    Job Description

    A local, OKC based company seeks an experience Inside Sales Supervisor. They will only consider candidates with at least 1 year of inside sales management/training experience. They offer competitive salaries, and generous incentives including cash bonuses. Role/Responsibilities Serve as a Trainer/Mentor and perform management duties as deemed necessary for an inside sales team of 5-10 reps. Other duties include (but are not limited to): · Acts as the lead in training and development, motivating, and coaching of the Inside Sales Reps · Listening to calls · Having one on one meetings · Leading group sales training sessions · Helping to onboard new employees · Work with upper management to develop short and long-term sales and business strategies for the Inside Sales department · Serve as member of the leadership team to guide future planning and strategy · Responsible for defining, building and managing Inside Sales organization for roles/responsibilities and KPIs · Responsible for the achievement of revenue goals, demand generation activities, development of sales representatives, and overall values and vision of Company’s Inside Sales department · Develop quarterly business plans and sales strategies that ensures attainment of sales goals, and inspects activity on a regular basis Compensation Compensation includes a base salary of $40-45K plus uncapped commissions paid monthly (on target earnings base + bonus = $60K). Required Skills/Characteristics

    • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales Training/Management
    • High need for achievement and competition. Loves to compete and win.
    • Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager.
    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Great at building rapport.
    • Positive and “killer” attitude.
    • Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM desired
