    Foot Ankle Specialty Centers LLC is looking for a friendly and organized New Patient Scheduler to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new patients, helping them navigate their care journey with ease and confidence.     Responsibilities:

    Schedule and confirm new patient appointments via phone, email, and online scheduling platforms

    Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information during intake

    Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and provider availability

    Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy

    Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) with accurate patient data

    Follow up on referrals and ensure timely patient onboarding

    Communicate office policies, preparation instructions, and appointment reminders to new patients

    Requirements:

    1+ year of experience in medical scheduling, front desk, or patient coordination preferred

    Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software

    Strong knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes

    Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume clinical environment

    Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills

    Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a team-player attitude
