We're looking for a graphic designer who can maintain New Pioneer's creative standards of quality and brand strategy through design, content development and day-to-day marketing functions. 

What You'll Do: 

• Develop signage, flyers, postcards, ads, and other marketing collateral 
• Design and develop marketing materials such as ads, in-store signage, social media graphics, and other promotional materials 
• Assist with web edits and page layout as well as weekly emails to shoppers 
• Maintain marketing request system and procedures 
• Communicate with department managers on signage & flier requests 
• Visit stores regularly, to support store teams and placing signage 
• Support social media development with graphics and photography as needed 
• Work with the marketing team, store team leads, and outside vendors to support in-store events such as lectures, cooking classes, and demonstrations 
• Take part in marketing campaign planning, execution and wrap-up reporting

What We're Looking for: 

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or related field 
• 2-4 years of graphic design experience 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (Mac-based Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign) as well as Microsoft Office 
• Experience working in web-based formats including Web Content Management Systems and MailChimp. 
• Photography experience a plus 
• Ability to maintain a co-operative, friendly and outgoing attitude 
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment 
• Able to energetically and confidently present ideas within the team environment, as well as discipline to work independently 
• Professional work ethic 
• Ability to follow directions 
• Organized, pays attention to detail

• Enthusiasm to learn and try new things

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
