    About the Role

    We’re hiring New Product Design / Mechanical Engineers to support product design and development within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for engineers with a product-driven mindset, strong hands-on design experience, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and develop product solutions using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and similar tools

    Create/modify 3D models, detailed drawings, and sheet metal designs

    Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure design accuracy

    Perform product analysis and ensure alignment with engineering standards and safety requirements

    Collaborate across production, design, sales, management, and engineering throughout design and production phases

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously; maintain schedules using MS Project or similar tools

    Lead and mentor assigned engineering team members when needed

    Review and professionally seal engineering documents as required

    Required Qualifications

    5–7+ years of hands-on engineering design experience (manufacturing-focused)

    B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering from an accredited university

    Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (3D modeling and sheet metal preferred)

    Experience in manufacturing design environments (not seeking Construction/Civil backgrounds)

    Strong project/time management, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines

    Safety-first mindset and results-oriented approach

    Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

    Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), MS Teams, MS Project (or similar), Access

    Preferred / Nice to Have

    CREO and/or Wildfire 4.0–5.0+ experience
